FAIR DOSE
SPRING 2027 · INVITATION ONLY

FAIRDOSE

If you know, you know.

A medicines company that can't develop a new molecule and doesn't need to. The medicines already exist. The prices are the problem. We know exactly how they were set, because so do you.

Invest in bringing cheaper medicines to the NHS.

Founders' round, 2027. Invitation only. Capital at risk.

A SECOND SUPPLIER. ON PURPOSE.
36x

Nobody in the room
was there for the NHS.

One company notices a strength the NHS needs and nobody makes. It licenses it. It is the only supplier, so the Tariff pays whatever the list price says, until a second supplier turns up. Often nobody does.

So the NHS pays thirty, forty, fifty times what the tablet costs to make, and pharmacists split bigger tablets with a knife to avoid it. Everyone in that room knew. You may have been one of them. We were.

Four numbers. Every month.
Every product. No footnotes.

1What it cost us£ —.——per pack, published from day one
2What the NHS pays£ —.——Drug Tariff price, same page
3What we kept£ —.——and as a percentage
4What happened to volume——,———packs dispensed, from NHSBSA data

We launch at a price the NHS can defend, and we cut it when a second supplier would have forced us to, whether or not one turns up. If we ever hold a price because we can, you will see it in the four numbers. And you will own the company, so you can stop us.

THE PEOPLE
WHO KNOW HOW.

Regulatory. Quality. Safety. Field. Made redundant from the brands they built, or still there and tired. Members, not customers. Owners, not staff. If you have sat in the meeting where the price was set, you are qualified. If you are in medicines optimisation trying to manage the consequences, you are qualified too.

WE CAN'T DEVELOP
A NEW MOLECULE.
WE DON'T NEED TO.

Proven medicines, in the strengths the NHS needs and nobody makes, at a price we publish before the NHS asks. First product in registration 2027. The members choose the rest.

If you want to invest in bringing cheaper medicines to the NHS, rather than just talk about it, ask for an invitation.
